ACCOMMODATION

The Lime Tree has a mix of spacious comfortable single and twin share rooms with separate well appointed clean bathrooms. Most rooms either look out on an attractive garden or have sunny north facing windows. All rooms are sound insulated to make them quiet pleasant places to live and study. All rooms have good ventilation and heating. Bedrooms come complete with a bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, shelves, and blackout curtains. There is an excellent laundry ($4 per load washing or drying).   Bedding packs available for $150-$200 – pillow, sheets, duvet and duvet cover. Car parks are $20 per week. Wi-Fi and power are included.

Prices for bookings of two months or more are single rooms at $230 per week, double rooms or twin rooms at $170 per person. For bookings of less than two months prices are single rooms $300 per week, double rooms or twin rooms at $200 per person.

Cooking & Good Times

There is a spacious fully equipped communal kitchen and dining area with an adjoining courtyard and outdoor recreation area. The Lime Tree is self-catering so you can save money by doing your own cooking and you can make what you want to eat, when you want it. Some residents team up in cooking groups to share the cost, effort, and to have fun together. 
All cooking and dining equipment is provided, but you are expected to tidy up after yourself. There is a separate kitchenette area for making tea and coffee, or to prepare a snack. We often have shared dinners for special occasions like cultural festivals and if a long-term resident leaves. Fo those we invite back former residents who live locally. This is all part of the Lime Tree culture.

The Lime Tree takes the safety and security of its residents seriously. The Lime Tree is a secure managed environment. The building has state-of-the-art access card access, security cameras, and supervision and pastoral support. We value safety, respect of others and social responsibility.
